1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and win bip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). 5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to your win bip account in the form of bonus balance, which is held separately from your real-money cash balance until wagering requirements are met.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the win bip platform — including but not limited to the win bip brand name, logo, visual design, user interface layout, graphics, icons, written content, promotional materials, game integrations, and software — is the property of win bip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in win bip's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any win bip content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of win bip. Unauthorised use of win bip's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith applicable to the online gaming industry. In the event of a dispute between you and win bip, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Our team will endeavour to resolve all disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith. win bip's decision on matters relating to bonus interpretation, account activity, and game outcomes shall be final, subject to any applicable regulatory or legal requirements.

win bip's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your win bip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
